Choose a flat monitor if:

• You get dizzy with inconsistent viewing angles
• You love watching TV shows and movies on your monitor with 3 or more people watching with you.
• You use your monitor for gaming, entertainment, and work.
• You cannot buy a big curved monitor.
• You want to mount your computer monitor on the wall.

Because everyone has different circumstances, budgets, and preferences, it isn’t practical to recommend which type of monitor to buy.
