Without them, they can’t manage remote employees, allocate work, communicate with customers, or develop data-driven marketing strategies. What you eat can directly affect your emotions and overall sense of wellbeing. Where possible, try to stick with unprocessed foods as they come out of the ground or off the tree. You’ll find that it helps you concentrate.
