#1 Road Safety

Safety on the roads is paramount if you want to reduce the risks of injury to yourself and others. When you get into a car or hop onto your motorcycle, you need to be aware of those around you.

The fatality rate of motorcycles per mile is about 35 times greater than that of cars. This means you should take extra caution when getting on your bike.

Follow the advice from your trainer or coach to make sure you stretch your muscles properly and reduce the risk of injury.

When partaking in team sports follow the rules and don’t make any rash decisions if you are playing contact sports.

Although you may want to go rock jumping off the tallest cliff on the beach, you may want to think twice before putting your life in danger.

#4 Work Safety

Safety at work is another way to reduce your chances of getting injured. Your employer should have adequate health and safety measures in place, so you need to follow them.
