#1 Fix Leaky Pipes and Faucets

Keep an eye out for critical plumbing issues such as leaky pipes and overflowing toilets and fix them immediately to avoid water waste.
#2 Take Showers Instead of Baths
One of the easiest ways to reduce water usage is to switch to taking showers instead of baths. On top of that, try to limit your shower time.
Even a one- or two-minute reduction in shower time can save a significant amount of water in the long run. Also, be mindful and turn off the water when you are brushing your teeth or shaving.

Another great option is to stop the dishwasher before it goes through the drying cycle. Just open the door and let the dishes air-dry! Likewise, wait until you have a full load of dirty clothes before doing your laundry.
