Critically, they have massive sway over their buying decisions, so when they recommend their audience uses your product, it almost always results in sales.
You’re Not Reaching People
Related to this is the idea that you’re simply not reaching people. There might be a big market for your products out there, but if you’re failing to communicate with the people who will actually buy from you, then you’ll never get anywhere.
Reaching people effectively usually involves working with a marketing professional. You need somebody by your side who really understands where your audience is lurking and how to seek them out at a low cost.
You Need To Rethink Your Store Or Premises
How you present your business also makes a big difference in the attractiveness of your offering. If you operate a run-down shop or a website that looks like it was from the 1990s, then you’ll struggle to gain new customers, even if your existing ones are raving about what you do.
Consult with a designer and try to improve your presentation. Don’t accept anything less than the best.
You Can’t Serve Enough People
You might also have problems with capacity. If your shop is just a hole in the wall that only allows one customer to browse at a time, you’re going to struggle to do any business.
Look for ways to serve more people. Find out how you can increase your capacity. If necessary, make some investments in your processes so that you can increase revenues sufficiently. Don’t allow any opportunities to pass you by.
